This position offers the opportunity to unite colleagues from Procurement and Finance into one high-performing team and help establish a new organization during a period of significant transformation.\nRole and responsibilities\nAs a Team Lead Vendor Operations, you will:\nlead, develop, and unite a team of approximately 10 professionals from Procurement and Finance into one high-performing organization\ndefine and communicate a clear team mission, vision, and priorities that support business objectives and operational excellence\nensure reliable and compliant execution of Accounts Payable and operational purchasing activities within the Purchase-to-Pay process\nfoster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders in a broad international environment\nmonitor operational performance, prioritize workloads, and ensure service delivery against agreed targets\nidentify improvement opportunities and drive sustainable process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives\nact as a key contributor to organizational change and transformation activities while helping establish the new operating model\nEducation and experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a related field\nExperience in Procurement operations, Accounts Payable, Finance operations or a comparable transactional business environment\nExperience leading teams, coordinating people, or demonstrating clear leadership responsibility in a professional setting\nExperience working with ERP systems and digital business applications in a structured operational environment\nExperience in an international or shared services environment\nFluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken\nSkills\nWorking in a newly established organization requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to guide teams through change.
