We might be looking for you!\nJob Mission\nIn the role, the task is to\nLead, develop and inspire a (natural) team consisting of a diverse group of technicians and engineers (inside and outside TF) that work towards a common goal. Manage the Production Process, in order to realize the planned production targets and objectives in terms of e.g. Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Delivery, Quality and Efficiency/Costs. Leading organizational change by actively driving the transformation towards the TWINSCAN Factory (TF) Flow Factory vision, required to grow the TF production capability within the current footprint and with the current amount of people.\nRoles and responsibilities\nThe NXT system Build department is responsible for building our DUV machines\nThe team consists out of +/- 100 people divided into 8 teams, working in a 2-shift basic working schedule, inside the TF cleanroom.\nThe systems are manufactured according to a flow line concept where the role of the TL is crucial to ensure people follow and improve on the safety, quality and work standards, ensuring production line meets hourly, shift and daily output targets.\nYour job will include to:\nManage people effectively: hire, develop, set goals, and monitor performance to keep your team engaged.\nBuild self-supporting, collaborative teams that work well together.\nLead by example: demonstrate TF behavioral anchors like listening, following standards, taking ownership, speaking up, improving processes, and showing respect\nEnsure training and compliance with ASML processes, quality, and safety standards.\nPlan resources for both short- and long-term needs, aligned with market demand.\nProvide backup for your manager or fellow team leads when needed.\nMotivate and support your team, fostering continuous improvement to boost quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.\nDrive problem-solving and set priorities within the team.\nMaintain Operational Excellence in manufacturing.\nLead change by actively driving and promoting the TF Flow Factory vision.\nRespond promptly to issues raised by team members or customers.\n Support New Product Introductions (NPIs).\nSet and enforce norms and standards, ensuring process adherence.\nManage stakeholders, both internal and external.\nMain drivers: Safety, Quality, Delivery performance, Customer satisfaction, Cost effectiveness, Inventory and People engagement\nEducation and experience\nWe are looking for candidates with a relevant (technical) bachelor or master degree with multiple years of experience (at least 5 years) in leading a team.\nAdditionally you have:\nExperience in (flow) production management;\nExperience in a complex working environment;\nExperience in LEAN and FLOW as a (Natural) Team Leader;\nExperience in leading and coaching improvement projects.\nLastly you have excellent communicational abilities and can use English (written and verbally) with ease.\nSkills\nTogether is the only way. A place where we strive to be the role model Flow Factory where quality comes first but where safety goes before all.\nFor this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 67,000 euro and 75,500 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
