Execute regular maintenance, implement upgrades and Field Change Orders, and provide elementary training to the customer and ensure proper operation of ASML machines at customer site.\n Job Description\n- Able to solve technical issues in Positioning competency.\n- Picking up another competency (Handling) will be required at a later stage.\n- Provide 7x24 on-call support (on-site when necessary) to the 1st line team during escalation.\n- Engage with GSC or Factory support (D&E, Service Engineering, etc) effectively during escalation and maintain the relationship with related peer groups (e.g. TS engineers from other countries).\n- Lead in technical escalations in terms of defining Deterministic, Future Looking Action Plan (DFLAP) and communicating clearly with all stakeholders.\n- Attend customer meetings together with fab team when necessary.\n- Involve in various projects and continuous improvement initiatives from both internal and external customer.\n- Perform specialized technical services to Sales and / or other departments or (internal) customers, function as a point of technical expertise.\n- Keep up with relevant developments in own specialist field, teach others in own field of expertise.\n- Actively share information and Best Known Methods (BKM) within local organization and peer groups.\nPersonal attributes:\n- Strong logical thinking, problem solving skills, attention to details and a quality mindset.\n- Good professional communication and presentation skills with all internal and external stakeholders.\n- Possesses strong will to keep pushing himself/herself to achieve more and exceed expectations.\n- Proactive attitude and open mindset towards learning and self-growth.\n- Excellent teamwork and strong ownership are mandatory.\n- Flexibility is highly appreciated, given the dynamic business environment in the local team.\n- Able to withstand high stress and work independently during escalations.\nEducation\n- Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics\nExperience\n- At least 2-3 years' working experience for Diploma holders (semiconductor industry preferred)\nInclusion and diversity\nASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
