Within TWINSCAN Factory (LAB Execution Refurb) we can refurbish those mature systems to our customer’s needs. Are you the Refurbishment Engineer that successfully executes refurbishment systems focused on Safety, Quality, Time and Cost?\nRole and responsibilities\nYou will be participating in the refurbishments of XT and NXT systems, from planning until FAT sign-off. As a Refurbishment Engineer you will execute daily operations which contain building the system, calibrate and qualifying the system.\nYou will be sharing your knowledge and experience with other engineers and contributing further development of the TF refurbishment activities.\nSafely perform: execution (mechanical and integration), diagnoses and repairs, upgrades and refurbishments.\nSolve complex problems in ASML XT and NXT equipment, including containment by developing workaround solutions.\nComplete administrative documentation in an accurate and timely manner.\nTrain and transfer knowledge/experience to other engineers.\nProvide relevant technical knowledge and support to logistics and other departments.\nCommunication: synchronize, plan and execute manual adjustments. Inform technical support in case of disturbances and work close together with Technical Support. Keep the system owner/team leader/project lead informed in case of disturbance in progress.\nLearn from our mistakes by sharing them with the team and come up with solutions to prevent them from reoccurring.\nEducation and experience\nAt least an MBO-3 education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Installation & Construction Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similar.\nMechanical, Electrical and/or technical background;\nExperience working in (system) production environment preferred\nSkills\nPre: Extensive and detailed ASML XT/NXT knowledge.\nPre: Familiar with ASML organization.\nSolve and document complex technical issues.\nExcellent communication skills in English;\nExperience in refurbishment manufacturing and/or customer service.\nAbility to think out-of-the-box\nBeing able to work without complete and up to date availability of work instructions\nTroubleshooting and analytical skills\nAbility to identify root causes and develop/drive solutions\nSense of urgency and ability to prioritize\nOther Information\nCandidate will work in 2-shifts schedule in cleanroom.\n2-shifts + weekend;\nThis job is for shift 2-4 (morning shift in even weeks)\nWeek days 06:30-15:30 or 15:00-00:00 hours;\nWeekends once a month from 07:00-16:00 hours.\nBe working in a clean room environment in a special suit and wearing a mouth cap\nPosition is based in Veldhoven and may require incidental international business travel to customer sites.\nDepending on experience you will be hired in JG4 or JG5.\nPlease take the time to write your motivation for this specific position.
