Resource & Manpower Management\nOwn site manpower allocation (engineers / coordinators / 3rd party)\nBalance workload across projects and sites\nEnsure skill readiness and qualification match demand\nWork closely with planner for resource alignment \nD. Stakeholder & Customer Interface\nAct as single operational contact window (customer / account / internal teams)\nManage customer expectations (schedule, CT, readiness)\nProvide operational input in account discussions\nHandle major escalations and complaint cases\nE. Risk & Escalation Management\nLead site-level risk assessment (technical / schedule / readiness)\nIdentify gaps early and drive mitigation actions\nEscalate when needed and ensure cross-functional alignment\nCoordinate with EHS, SCM, Planner, and other stakeholders \nF.
