Our main headquarters are located in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we also have 18 office locations around the United States- including main offices in Wilton, CT, Chandler, AZ, San Jose, CA and San Diego, CA.\nCustomer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories.\nRole and Responsibilities\nThe CSCM Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating supply chain activities to ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and information from suppliers through delivery to customers. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance improvements, manages team execution, and serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.\nThe Team Leader is accountable for meeting operational objectives, maintaining service levels, resolving escalations, and supporting strategic initiatives that improve supply chain performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nOther responsibilities will include:\nLead, coach, and develop supply chain team members to achieve business objectives.\n\nManage daily supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and customer deliveries.\n\nEnsure material availability and on-time delivery to support customer and production requirements.\n\nCoordinate critical shipments, expedite orders, and manage supply chain escalations.\n\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders, customers, transportation providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.\n\nMonitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.\n\nSupport capacity planning, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies during supply disruptions.\n\nCustomer Intimacy\nStrengthen customer relationships within the local organization\n\nDevelop deep understanding of CS operations and drive improvements collaboratively\n\nEngage directly with customers, delivering insights and performance reporting\n\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction\n\nIdentify, develop, and lead cost-reduction opportunities\n\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent years of relevant working experience.\n\n5-7 years of experience in a complex, customer-oriented logistics or supply chain environment.\n\nStrong customer-facing experience, including customer engagement and service operations support.\n\nExperience leading teams in a fast-paced logistics, supply chain, or customer-oriented environment strongly preferred.\n\nDeep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.\n\nProven track record in process improvement and implementation.\n\nWorking knowledge of MRP systems.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nKnowledge of ASML logistics processes is a plus.\n\nPersonal Skills\nWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that.
