You will leverage the Company’s products, software expertise, and custom software capabilities to meet customer needs effectively.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Serve as a software expert, demonstrating:\nExpertise of the Company and Critical Manufacturing (MES software) products\nKnowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Semiconductor markets\nSupport for digital product business development across the Rest of Asia region\nExpertise in equipment interface technologies (e.g. Operations Information Broker, IPC-Hermes, SECS/GEM, IPC-CFX) \n2. Deliver factory solution, including:\nDelivery of material logistics and automation projects\nIntegration of solutions with customer MES/ERP systems \n3. Deliver custom software solutions, including:\nDesigning and delivering custom software solutions\nProviding custom integration solutions to MES systems and third-party systems\n\n4. Perform solution analysis, proposal specification, effort estimation, implementation, testing, installation and acceptance at customer sites\n5. Provide technical support to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction\n6. Coordinate with global and regional teams on combined projects, to share product knowledge, and technologies\n7. Follow guidance from the Design Authority and Configuration Manager regarding software development standards\n8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned\nRequirements:\n1. Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related discipline\n2. Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant work experience\n3. Proficiency in .Net/C#, webservices, XML/JSON/AMQP, object-oriented design (OOD), networking, SQL, and GUI development\n4. Experience in direct customer interactions\n5. Experience in SMT/Semiconductor domain\n6. Expertise in Software design and implementation\n7. Skilled in project management and planning\n8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a drive to deliver profitable projects\n9. Hands-on experience in customer factory environments\n10. Good customer-facing communication skills\n11. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment, across departments and teams\n12.
