This position is critical for driving execution, tracking performance, and enabling our engineering teams to deliver effectively on key business objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nJira & Tooling Support:\n- Serve as a primary support for the Autonomy team’s Jira and Confluence environments.\n- Assist technical teams with the configuration of Jira projects, optimizing and defining new workflows, custom fields, screen schemes, and permission schemes.\n- Automate and integrate Jira with developer tools.\n- Champion and provide guidance on best practices for Jira hygiene and usage across all engineering teams.\n- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues related to Jira and the associated tool.\n- Assist engineering teams in Jira adoption.\n- Partner with PMO and other key stakeholders in achieve the above.\nProcess & Workflow Enablement:\n- Partner with engineering managers and functional leads to help analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.\n- Collaborate with teams to document, refine, and standardize key processes (e.g., sprint planning, bug tracking, feature development, and epic management).\n- Support the execution of cross-functional process improvement initiatives by providing project coordination and administrative support.\nDashboarding & Reporting:\n- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, then build and maintain program-level and team-level dashboards (e.g., using Jira Dashboards, EazyBI, or other BI tools).\n- Assist teams in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for project health, team velocity, bug density, and cycle times.\n- Create and deliver regular status reports, leveraging data from established dashboards to communicate status, risks, and key accomplishments.\nRequired Qualifications:\n- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.\n- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role within a software development environment.\n- Having Jira Administration experience is a plus.\n- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), including creating complex JQL queries, configuring advanced workflows, Jira Plan, Jira structures, and building shared dashboards.\n- Proficient in Agile methodologies, leveraging Jira to streamline sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project tracking.\n- Extensive experience synchronizing SDLC tools, specifically linking Jira with Git to automate status transitions and improve traceability.\n- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives independently.\n- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.\n- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to train users and present complex information clearly.\n- Must demonstrate the ability to work
