As a part of the styling team, you will be working closely with all stylists to ensure the wardrobes are seamlessly managed to support all shoots within the creative Studios across dual studio sites. You will support department efficiency, whilst thinking commercially and innovatively to deliver the best e-commerce assets in the industry for our 20 something customer. You should have the ability to successfully be a part of and support a team with a creative, strategic, and operational mindset.\nWhat you’ll be doing…\nReporting directly into the Wardrobe Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day running of the Studio team, particularly the styling team.\nThis will primarily include maintaining the styling wardrobes available for the styling team to create authentic, inspiring shoots daily.\nResponsible for the replenishment of all styling underpinnings.\nResponsible for the ordering, processing of styling orders to continually replenish the styling wardrobes across dual studio sites for PDP and creative shoots.\nUnpacking, prepping, tagging/ barcoding, and organising all wardrobe samples.\nProcessing returns of styling samples.\nSupporting with Buy the Look & Connected looks, ensuring the styling wardrobes are maintained due to stock levels, contributing to the removal of styling based on wardrobe metrics.\nCollaborating with the styling team to ensure the wardrobes are up to date with the most recent styling samples.\nSupporting stylists with styling management post shoot.\nEnsuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered to.\nCollaborating with the stylists and studios team to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.\nAdapting to different shoot types, styling trends and seasons.\nBuild strong, professional, and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team.\nDemonstrating excellent brand awareness.\nIdentifying areas for review and contributing ideas to improve workflow within team.\nWorking towards delivering team, department, and business strategies.\nSupport new workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes.\nDelivering projects to support the department strategy and any other ad hoc tasks defined by Lead and Manager.\n Strong organisation, prioritising, time management and communication skills.\nProven experience in handling samples.\nHighly organised and pro-active in decision making and problem solving.\nHas a can-do attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.\nConfident using excel, learning new systems and reporting skills.\nBe able to demonstrate knowledge of an E com studio environment and the processes evolved.\nEnjoys operations and process. \n What's in it for you\nCompetitive salary, pension, and private medical care scheme\nPerformance related bonus\nFlex benefits allowance - which you can chose to take as extra cash, or use towards other benefits\n25 days paid annual leave + an extra day for your birthday\nEmployee discount (hello ASOS discount!)","description_format":"text","description_chars":3906,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Annual leave","Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["E-commerce Platforms","Apparel & Fashion Brands"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-13T15:55:29Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
