The role leads a team of four, manages a departmental budget of approximately £13 million, and ensures that people, freelance resource and financial processes are aligned with business priorities.\nLead and develop a team of four direct reports, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture with clear processes and efficient ways of working.\nConduct regular one-to-ones, providing coaching, objective reviews, development planning and progression support.\nOwn and manage the £13 million departmental budget, including planning, forecasting, reforecasting, allocation and financial governance.\nOversee financial administration, including expenditure tracking, purchase orders, invoicing and monitoring actual spend against budget.\nProduce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and analysis, translating complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.\nAnalyse model expenditure and bookings by shoot category to track performance against forecasts, budgets and production plans.\nLead half-year and year-end budget reviews using multiple data sets, Power Query and Power Pivot.\nMaintain a high-quality freelance talent pool through effective vetting, performance reviews and relationship management.\nDevelop freelance resourcing strategies that optimise allocation, cost and performance, while forecasting future requirements.\nIdentify cost savings, operational improvements and efficiencies using data-led insights.\nImprove and automate team workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.\nSupporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies. \n Experience using Power Automate and Power Apps to improve workflows or reduce manual activity.\nExperience working within a studio, fashion, e-commerce, creative production, media or content environment.\nExperience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.\nStrong business acumen, with the ability to interpret operational performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement focused action plans\nEffective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve escalated customer and team member situations\nAdaptable and agile, with the ability to respond to change and leverage technology (including AI-enabled tools) to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness\n What's in it for you\nCompetitive salary, pension, and private medical care scheme\nPerformance related bonus\nFlex benefits allowance - which you can chose to take as extra cash, or use towards other benefits\n25 days paid annual leave + an extra day for your birthday\nEmployee discount (hello ASOS discount!)","description_format":"text","description_chars":3486,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Annual leave","Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Commerce"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-22T14:34:28Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
