Строительсьво складских комплексов

Обязанности:

Организация и контроль строительно-монтажных работ на объекте.

Составление заявок на строительные материалы и инструмент.

Ведение учета выполненных работ, оформление технической документации.

Распределение производственных заданий мастерам, контроль их выполнения.

Подготовка объемов работ для субподрядных (специализированных) организаций и участие в приемке от них выполненных работ.

Контроль соблюдения техники безопасности.

Подчинение Начальнику участка.

Требования:

Образование строительное.

Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции от 2-х лет, желательно в строительстве складских комплексов.

Знание специфики выполнения работ на всех этапах строительства.

Знание строительной документации.

Условия:

Место работы комфортный офис на строительном объекте в г. Подольск, д. Бяконтово, 11 км от МКАД.

График работы: 5/2: понедельник - пятница + 2 субботы в месяц (выходы в субботу компенсируются в виде отгулов) - плавающие выходные, с 8:00 до 17:00 часов.

З/плата от 180 000 руб. Оформление согласно ТК РФ.
