Responsabilidades ISP

Funciones principales:

  • Liderar la gestión académica del área de Inglés, resguardando la calidad del proceso educativo.
  • Acompañar y orientar al equipo docente a través de observaciones de aula, retroalimentación y espacios de coordinación.
  • Supervisar procesos de planificación, evaluación y cumplimiento de programas de estudio.
  • Apoyar en procesos de reclutamiento, selección y coordinación de reemplazos del área.
  • Gestionar aspectos administrativos, recursos e insumos del departamento.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con equipo directivo, docentes y familias.
  • Participar activamente en instancias institucionales definidas en el calendario escolar.

Habilidades, Calificaciones y Experiencia

Formación Académica:

  • Título profesional de Profesor/a de Ciencias

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en enseñanza estudiantes de 7 a 16 años.
  • Manejo de estrategias didácticas diversificadas.

Competencias:

  • Manejo de Ingles intermedio (deseable no excluyente)
  • Compromiso con el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes.
  • Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo y adaptación al contexto institucional.
  • Deseable especialización en Currículum y Evaluación.
  • Competencias en liderazgo, organización, planificación y comunicación efectiva.
