Enter grades at the end of each evaluation period and semester, on or before deadlines.\nDesign and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.\nGrade all assigned work.\nKeep the classroom decorated with materials related to lessons, activities, and holidays.\nPerform assigned playground supervision duties.\nCollaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.\nWork with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.\nAttend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.\nAttend institutional workshops.\nParticipate in parent meetings and special school activities.\nComply with the established work schedule (departure time varies by grade level).\nAct as a mediator between students and inform the psychologist of conflicts and/or refer students experiencing emotional, personal, or family issues.\nCollaborate with the psychologist to organize community service projects and fundraising activities.\nAssist and/or organize student participation in fairs and other activities.\nContact parents/guardians to invite them to meetings or special events when necessary.\nRecord daily attendance in the system or submit forms to the Academic Support Department.\nCollect subject-specific assignments for portfolio organization according to level criteria, each evaluation period.\nAssign a student to record homework and monitor the Homework Board, ensuring its proper use every two weeks.\nEncourage student participation in subcommittees to promote teamwork and school activities.\nPromote open communication with students and parents.\nEncourage parents/guardians to attend meetings organized by ISP CBNH and PTA.\nConsider students' special learning and socio-emotional needs and refer them to the Psychology Department.\nAttend school in proper uniform and/or according to institutional policies.\nPerform other duties related to the position.\nSkills, Qualifications, and Experience\nField/Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.\nMaster’s Degree: Preferred\nAdditional Knowledge:\nProficiency in digital tools\nIntermediate-level Microsoft Office skills\nCompetencies:\nOrganization (Level 4)\n\nPlanning (Level 4)\n\nLeadership (Level 3)\n\nAnalytical Skills (Level 4)\n\nAbility to Work Under Pressure (Level 4)\n\nCommunication (Level 4)\n\nStrategic Thinking (Level 4)\n\nEnglish Level: Advanced (must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing)\n\nWork Experience:\nRequired\nMinimum 2 years in education\nISP Principles\nBegin with our children and students.
