Responsabilidades Clave
- Apoyar a los docentes en la planeación, implementación y evaluación de programas de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
- Analizar datos de desempeño estudiantil para identificar necesidades y definir intervenciones.
- Diseñar e impartir capacitación profesional alineada a las prioridades de la escuela.
- Modelar estrategias de enseñanza efectivas y apoyar mediante coaching y mentoring.
- Apoyar el desarrollo, alineación e implementación del currículo.
- Contribuir al desarrollo y seguimiento de planes de aprendizaje individual e intervenciones.
- Colaborar con liderazgo escolar en iniciativas de mejora institucional.
- Impulsar prácticas de educación inclusiva (diferenciación y ajustes).
- Evaluar el impacto de estrategias e intervenciones en resultados estudiantiles.
- Colaborar con familias y profesionales externos cuando aplique.
Habilidades, Calificaciones y Experiencia
Habilidades
- Conocimiento sólido de currículo, pedagogía y evaluación.
- Capacidad para analizar e interpretar datos estudiantiles.
- Habilidades de coaching, mentoring y facilitación de aprendizaje.
- Colaboración y liderazgo.
- Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales.
- Resolución de problemas y pensamiento reflexivo.
- Organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Conocimiento en educación inclusiva e intervenciones.
Calificaciones
- Licenciatura en Psicología o equivalente (requerido)
Experiencia
- Experiencia comprobable como docente efectivo.
- Experiencia apoyando docentes mediante coaching o capacitación.
- Experiencia implementando programas de intervención basados en evidencia.
- Experiencia con estudiantes diversos, incluyendo necesidades educativas adicionales.
- Participación en iniciativas de mejora escolar (deseable).
