possession to customer.\nTo attend and handle all customer/ purchaser’s complaints/ enquiries and ensure all enquiries and complaints are resolved.\nTo coordinate all matters related to customer relationship management.\nTo conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and analyze feedbacks\nTo deliver and maintain high level of quality customer service.\nTo work effectively with others to ensure all customer interactions and transactions are processed in a timely manner and customers receive effective communication.\nTo maintain accurate property/tenant information by utilizing company instructed by the superior.\nRequirements\nQualification:\nCandidate with at least Diploma in Business Administration/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Marketing or any other related qualifications.\nSkills:\nCandidate who possesses good command of written and spoken English, additional language Mandarin is encouraged.\nCandidate who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and able interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.\nCandidate who is computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.\nCandidate must possess good public relations and customer service experience.\nCandidate who is to identify customer service issues and address the issues tactfully.\nOthers:\nCandidate must be resourceful and details oriented.\nCandidate must be highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.\nCandidate must be able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines.\nRequirements\nQualification:\nBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.\nExperience:\nAt least 3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in basic web programming, web design, e-Commerce, and Open Source Content Management System (CMS).\nSkills:\nGood command in spoken and written communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia.\nWell-versed with IT software and agile development environment.\nA proactive personality to keep up with new technologies, applications, and environment.\nOthers:\nHighly collaborative to work as a team & self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.\nGood work
