To assist in preparation of handover of vacant possession to customer. To attend and handle all customer/ purchaser’s complaints/ enquiries and ensure all enquiries and complaints are resolved. To coordinate all matters related to customer relationship management. To conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and analyze feedbacks To deliver and maintain high level of quality customer service. To work effectively with others to ensure all customer interactions and transactions are processed in a timely manner and customers receive effective communication. To maintain accurate property/tenant information by utilizing company software. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. Requirements Qualification: Candidate with at least Diploma in Business Administration/ Mass Communication/ Public Relation
