Many of the Aspen supplied medicines are lifesaving or medically critical.\nWe employ over 200 people of which around 75% are Mauritian.\nWe are one of Mauritius' largest companies with a turnover in excess of 40 billion Mauritian Rupees.\nWe have a diverse workforce with over 20 different nationalities.\nWe are liaising with over 60 different subsidiaries worldwide every day.\nWe have supplied more than 1.3 billion packs of medicine worldwide since inception.\nResponsibilities\nCreate and change master data in the ERP system while keeping all the stakeholders informed.\nFollow-up cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all steps have been followed pertaining to the end-to-end Master Data management. \nReport data inefficiencies and establish proper measures to avoid repetitive issues in terms of data accuracy and data integrity to ensure that all items are correctly linked in the system enabling interface with our stakeholders.\nEstablish a calendar of events for the master data audit.\nRun monthly, quarterly, and yearly audits on Master data, report findings and derive a solid action plan.\nWork on continuous improvement initiatives, cross-functional projects and Power BI master data related projects.\nLead testing and training of continuous improvement initiatives and Power BI master data project related activities.\nProvide exceptional internal and external customer service.\nTrain new joiners and support existing MDM Associates with technical and business knowledge.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent\nCertification in Power BI would be desirable\n3 years of work experience in a fast-paced business environment.\nExposure to SAP, Power BI tool is required.\nStrong analytical and good communication skills required.\nIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.\nExposure to master data management, audit reporting is a definite advantage.\nWhat's in it for You?\nWe have established a reputable business in just over a decade and as we continue to grow we remain committed to your personal & professional development.
