In this role, you will help ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality data by analyzing multilingual outputs, improving classification performance, and supporting taxonomy translation and parser development. You will collaborate closely with linguistics and engineering teams in a fast-paced, data-focused environment.\nThis is a full-time (40 hrs/week) contract engagement, fully remote. The role is BYOD - Bring Your Own Device (laptop).\nWhat you will do\nData Quality & Analysis\nAnalyze, evaluate, and improve the quality of multilingual text classifier outputs.\nIdentify patterns in data errors and contribute to ongoing improvements in rules, logic, and workflows.\nLanguage & Taxonomy Development\nPartner with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine language-specific parsers.\nTranslate and validate taxonomy content such as Skills, Titles, and Occupations from English to Slovak (and/or Slovak to English as needed).\nDocumentation & Process\nDocument findings clearly and follow established processes to ensure consistency and quality.\nWhat You Bring\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field (preferred).\nLanguage Skills\nFluency in reading and writing Slovak and English, with strong attention to linguistic detail.\nUnderstanding of syntax and structural language analysis.\nTechnical Expertise\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, functions, and data cleanup.\nWorking knowledge of query languages such as SQL.\nAdvanced experience writing and debugging rules using RegEx.\nFamiliarity with text analysis, NLP, or machine learning fundamentals.\nExperience performing data analysis using tools such as Excel and/or Python.\nExperience & Work Style\nComfort working with high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.\nAbility to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.\nStrong sense of urgency, organization, and time management.\nReliable laptop and stable internet access.\nVisa Sponsorship\nAspenView does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
