Our Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) is a key solution that supports safe, reliable, and efficient power delivery. Within ADMS we have our Outage Management System (OMS) and Distribution Management System (DMS).Your Impact\nAs an Associate Power Systems Engineer, you will:\nAssist with reviews of utility business processes and help document workflows.\nSupport project teams by gathering requirements and preparing basic analysis.\nLearn about electric distribution operations and ADMS technology to provide input during project activities.\nHelp with change management efforts by preparing materials and supporting communication.\nContribute to implementation tasks such as testing, documentation, and design support.\nThis role is a great opportunity to start your career in power systems and grid technology, working alongside experienced engineers and consultants. You’ll gain exposure to utility operations, software implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering or related field and internship experience required.\nAbility to travel to domestic and international customer sites.\nStrong oral and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong commitment to providing superior customer service.\nThis role is a valuable part of our Digital Grid Management team at AspenTech. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
