You will manage intricate phases of large-scale projects. As a crucial member of the Digital Grid Management business unit, your work will significantly influence the overall success, profitability, and satisfaction of project delivery.Your Impact\nDevelop and/or oversee the development of project plans and schedules.\n\nManage the contract change process as needed.\n\nCoordinate project implementation plans.\n\nEnsure that projects are properly tested, approved and documented\n\nSet the strategy for projects based on the business unit's priorities.\n\nLead and coach assigned project team members.\n\nManage and determine budget, timelines, priorities and resources for the project.\n\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related technical field.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or related fields (software implementation and services).\n\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\n\nExperience dealing with highly technical and complex projects.\n\nExperience with PERT/CPM and Microsoft Project.\n\nInternational project management and solid understanding of international cultures and business transactions.\n\nElectrical utility industry and/or automation/SCADA project experience.\n\nEngineering Degree and experience with electrical utilities preferred.\n\nWork Location:\nAspenTech has a global hybrid workplace for most of our roles. Employees are expected to work in the office 4 days per week and may work remotely 1 day per week, unless the employee has a reasonable accommodation or other approved exception to the hybrid workplace schedule.
