You will drive and execute the process from quote creation and commercials, to contract signature and purchase order receipt, and then order entry for invoicing. This position is in our Revenue Sales Operations organization and will require excellent customer service skills and business acumen as well as strong collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Legal.Your Impact\nResearch software license agreements and renewal history to identify and understand upcoming license contract renewals\nCreate license contract renewal quotes and work with the Sales Account Managers and Commercial team to improve deal metrics and outcomes\nFollow-up with Sales Account Managers and/or customers to ensure acceptance of the quotes, contract signatures, and submission of purchase orders as needed to meet our renewal metrics\nWork closely with customers to address their concerns and questions while using the escalation and approval chain to obtain needed help and approvals for any changes\nCollaborate with internal AspenTech resources (e.g. Sales Account Manager, Customer Success Managers, Support, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal) to expedite closure of contracts\nDocument all external and internal communications as well as action plans for each pending license renewal in the Salesforce CRM system\nEnsure the timeliness and accuracy of the license entitlement and forecast data in the Salesforce CRM system\nAssist in resolving license invoice collection issues related to your assigned renewals\nParticipate in other group projects and assignments as required\nMaintain training and policy documentation and ensure it is kept up to date\nTrain new team members\nRun reports and execute assigned strategic initiatives and projects\nWhat You'll Need\n2+ years of customer support, sales, or business operations experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment\nBachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline preferred\nExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to details and organizational skills\nDemonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines with limited supervision\nStrong knowledge and experience in using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nExperience in using database-driven business applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, or other CRM and order financial systems\nStrong business
