This role oversees facility safety, manages third-party staff, and liaises with internal stakeholders, landlords, and government officials. It combines strategic facility oversight with hands-on administrative support.Your Impact\nScope of Work: Oversee and manage facilities operations across the entire AT India.\nFacility & Vendor Management: Manage third-party staff and vendors, ensuring high service quality and operational compliance.\nStakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, landlords, and local government officials.\nSafety & Compliance: Enforce HS&E standards, manage access control, and oversee evacuation plans and safety equipment.\nSpace & Maintenance: Coordinate space allocation, MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes), and conduct regular inspections to maintain a professional office environment.\nAdmin Support: Handle onboarding/offboarding logistics, reception coverage, mail/shipping, inventory management, and cafeteria operations.\nWhat You'll Need\nProven experience in facilities management or corporate administration.\nExperience managing third-party vendors and interfacing with external authorities is highly preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
