of contact for employee and manager relations matters.\nMediate and resolve complex workplace issues, collaborating with Legal when needed.\nPeople Manager Enablement:\nCultivate strong and influential working relationships with local leaders and people managers.\nLead and participate in communication initiatives.\nSupport team success through key HR programs and initiatives.\nEmployee Lifecycle Moments:\nLead critical employee lifecycle moments that matter to enhance engagement.\nAnalyze employee feedback to identify and address trends impacting the workforce.\nChampion site culture by planning and executing local events, initiatives, and activities.\nSupport employee immigration processes and compliance with immigration laws.\nPerformance Management:\nSupport teams through the performance management process.\nCoach and counsel managers with effective advice on addressing performance and development.\nEnable management effectiveness and drive high team performance through tools and guidance.\nEthics, Safety, and Compliance:\nLead investigations and resolutions of ethics complaints with confidentiality and integrity.\nProvide clear, timely guidance on ethical issues and ensure adherence to company policies.\nLead and support local safety initiatives, partnering with site leadership.\nMaintain compliance with all relevant laws, communicating and training on HR policies as needed.\nHR Service Delivery & Collaboration:\nCollaborate effectively across the function to deliver integrated HR impact to the business.\nServe as the on-site HR point of contact, bridging broader HR programs with local execution.\nIdentify and implement improvements to local HR processes.\nParticipate as a project team member on global HR initiatives.\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.\n8+ years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on employee relations and People Manager support.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.\nLegal authorization to work in Singapore.\n Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nPrior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced software environment.\nExperience in managing employee relations and HR compliance.\nDemonstrated knowledge of employment legislation, statutory requirements and HR practices across APJ.\nDemonstrated ability to coach and influence People Managers
