The successful candidate will lead the delivery of cutting-edge technology projects for market-leading organizations, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion. This is a highly visible role offering significant influence with both internal stakeholders and clients, with the opportunity to drive project success and deliver measurable business value.Your Impact\nStrategically monitors and manages projects.\nDelivering software implementation projects on budget and on schedule with high customer satisfaction.\nExecution of all project management phases from initiation through delivery to closeout.\nFunctional supervision of contractors, consultants and engineers assigned to the projects.\nCompliance with all reporting, project administration, and documentation requirements.\nCommunicate and develop relationships with clients.\nEnsures a high degree of customer satisfaction through world-class delivery practices.\nWork collaboratively among teams: R&D, Support, Product Management, Sales and other organizations.\nBringing projects back on track through implementation of changes, clear leadership and best practices.\nWhat You'll Need\nMinimum of three (3) years project management leadership experience with IT initiatives with a minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience\nExperience in process industry (preferably oil & gas, petrochemicals or related)\nExperience in managing multiple projects impacting different business functions and multiple locations\nExperience with international customers mainly in the Middle East region (ideally also Eastern Europe and India)\nExcellent analysis skills and ability to translate business requirements into project deliverables and tasks.\nExcellent communications skills (written and oral), with ability to listen and articulate status and issues. \nExperience in creating detailed project plans, meaningful presentations and accurate financial reports\nAbility to adopt and tune communication to accommodate different levels of stakeholders.\nTeam building and management skills, to bring a diverse group together to deliver required business results.\nLeadership through influence, rather than exercising leadership via formal hierarchy.\nTechnical understanding to enable effective delivery of technology projects including new systems implementations\nProficiency in key areas of project management including scope, time, cost, quality, risk and procurement.\nCustomer Focus -
