Your deep understanding of the Metals & Mining and LNG industries, and , coupled with AspenTech's broad product portfolio and value-enablers will drive opportunities that deliver significant business value to our customers and AspenTech.\nIn this customer-facing role, you will leverage your exceptional business, industry, and technical expertise to position AspenTech solutions effectively\nLeading and executing the technical qualification of solutions to a business outcome.\n\nUnderstanding theMetals & Mining and LNG marketsregionally, staying abreast of developments in the industry and customer base\n\nLearning the complete AspenTech product portfolio, to identify and apply products to solve real customer business challenges, including the value of solving those challenges.\n\nDeveloping the messaging and materials necessary to position AspenTech solutions in the Metals & Mining and LNG industries - making adaptations for regional or market differences\n\nAccompanying the Sales Team to meet with customers to articulate the broader vision for AspenTech in Metals & Mining, as needed\n\nDemonstrating how AspenTech delivers significant value to the Metals & Mining and LNG markets, through a program of solutions\n\nEngaging the Senior Executive Level of customer organizations to paint the vision of how AspenTech can be a partner in their Digitalization journey\n\nDeveloping industry-specific solutions, aligning technology with measurable business value.\n\nProviding market input to the Product Management Teams to improve solution adoption in the Metals & Mining and LNG markets\n\nIdentifying and leading sales campaigns to improve AspenTech reach in Metals & Mining and LNG to improve pipeline and awareness.\n\nTraining & educating Sales Account Managers and Solution Consultants on how to best engage Metals & Mining and LNG customers, in their specific regions.\n\nPresent AspenTech solutions at major trade-shows and events, globally\n\nWhat You'll Need\n10+ years of experience in Metals & Mining and LNG industries selling software solutions\n\nEngineering Degree preferred\n\nExperienced in all aspects of the Metals & Mining and LNG industries, best practices and processes\n\nProficiency in one or several AspenTech Solution areas, particularly Asset Performance Management, Data Historians & Fabric, Advanced Process Control, and Supply/Value Chain Optimization.\n\nKnowledge of AI/ML solutions and their application in solutions and industry\n\nStrong ability to bridge technology and business, articulating high-level technical solutions and their differentiated value.\n\nExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills based on stakeholder interactions and data insights.\n\nStrong drive to convert opportunities into recognized value for customers.\n\nRegional travel up to 35%\n\nPossess full working rights in
