Working from our Madrid office and from company and customer sites across Europe as required, the successful applicant will contribute to project delivery excellence in support of utility customers in the energy generation transmission and distribution industries.The successful applicant will contribute to project delivery excellence in support of utility customers in the energy generation transmission and distribution industries.\nYour Impact\nLead customer project meetings to determine project requirements, then lead the design, planning, integration, testing and commissioning of hardware and software requirements on customer systems. Provide networking and system/application design.\nCustomize system, hardware and network configuration based on customer requirements. Perform and lead hardware, software and system installation, integration, and testing for projects.\nAct as the lead to provide technical sales support of state-of-the-art power systems applications for real-time control systems, including sales presentations and product demonstrations. Provide advanced technical customer support and assistance per contract maintenance and warranty. Lead the creation of training materials and project documentation.\nAssist and guide your engineers on the delivery process and where they fit into it\nDevelop training for the Project Engineering group.\nDevelop and train external partners to better ensure internal alignment at Emerson DGM.\nWork with your team to plan and maintain updates to tools, processes, and procedures necessary for successful conversions.\nManage and respond to escalation requests from Project Teams.\nTroubleshoot complex problems and collaborate with technical experts in various domains.\nInvestigate and develop approaches to solve new data transformation challenges\nPeriodically travel to customer sites and work directly with customers plan, deliver, and test developed solutions.\nSupport the engineering manager in hiring process for your team and ensuring it remains staffed up to support conversion needs.\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\nMin 5 years relevant work experience.\nExperience in computer programming;
