You will design and deliver industrial software capabilities that support complex planning, scheduling, optimization, production, and supply chain workflows. As a senior member of a cross-functional Agile team, you will own features from technical design through validation, collaborate with product and architecture partners, guide less-experienced engineers, and help the team achieve reliable delivery and PI objectives.Your Impact\nDesign, develop, test, maintain, and support robust and scalable software capabilities across the MSC product suite.\nOwn the technical delivery of features, including analysis, design, implementation, automated testing, documentation, and production support.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Product Management to refine features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and incremental delivery plans.\nWork with Agile Team Leads, System Architecture, developers, and Quality Engineering to manage technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.\nParticipate actively in SAFe events, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, iteration planning, system demos, and Inspect and Adapt.\nTroubleshoot complex issues across the application stack and improve reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.\nChampion engineering practices such as peer reviews, clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure design.\nMentor developers, share product and technical knowledge, and contribute to consistent engineering patterns across the team.\nDevelop working knowledge of customer workflows and translate domain needs into practical technical solutions.\nWhat You'll Need\nWhat You'll Need:\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nTypically 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise or industrial software.\nStrong software development experience with C#/.NET or comparable object-oriented technologies;
