The role owns operations, security and trust infrastructure, incident response, and implementation while helping shape platform architecture.\n\nResponsibilities\nBuild monitoring, alerting, and observability across GCP (Cloud Run, AlloyDB/Postgres, BigQuery) and Railway\nSet up staging environments and a deploy pipeline with real rollback\nImplement backup and recovery that is actually tested\nOwn incident response and turn every incident into lasting hardening\nBuild CI/CD pipelines and migration tooling that keep schema changes safe and predictable\nBuild test infrastructure that runs real workflows against real project data\nMake the platform SDK fast and easy to build on, so feature work speeds up as the team grows\nImplement the authorization model: roles, permissions, and multi-project data isolation\nBuild immutable audit logging that holds up under outside scrutiny\nLay the operational groundwork for SOC 2 compliance\nPropose and shape design changes through written architecture decisions\nShip features against defined acceptance criteria using real project data\nWork closely with the people who use the platform, including occasional jobsite visits\n\nSkills\n5+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with direct ownership of uptime for production systems on GCP or AWS\nHands-on with PostgreSQL in production (migrations, performance, backup/recovery), CI/CD, and infrastructure as code\nHands-on work with authorization and multi-tenant systems\nAble to own operations end to end, influence architecture through clear written proposals, and partner closely with a Lead Architect and end users\nBuilder at heart, pragmatic, and comfortable with little process and shifting priorities\nYou treat CI/CD and IaC as habits and use AI-assisted development in your daily work\nApplicants must be permanently authorized to work in their country of residence and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future\nConstruction, AEC, or vertical SaaS background, and SOC 2 or other compliance experience\n\nBenefits\nFlexible work model; this role follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office.\nReal growth opportunities and leadership visibility.\nInclusive, respectful culture.\nA company that listens, invests in you, and celebrates wins together.\n\nCompany Overview\nAspenView Technology Partners offers data engineering, AI, business intelligence and robotic process automation services.
