You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into reliable applications, workflows, and integrations that improve business operations and user experience.\nThis is a fully remote, 12-month contract engagement for professionals based in Latin America. The role requires 40 hours per week aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, with compensation on an hourly basis according to actual hours worked.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nPlatform Development & Configuration\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, service catalog items, forms, and platform configurations.\nCreate and enhance Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and other platform components.\nAutomation & Integrations\nBuild automated processes using Flow Designer and related ServiceNow capabilities.\nDevelop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and integration tools.\nStakeholder Collaboration.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and recommend technical solutions.\nQuality, Support & Maintenance\nTroubleshoot platform issues, resolve defects, and improve application performance.\nPerform testing and support deployments, platform upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.\nMaintain technical documentation and follow development, security, and change management standards.\nWhat You Bring\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience\nDemonstrated experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.\nFamiliarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management.\nExperience working in Agile delivery teams and using automated testing tools is a plus.\nBased in Latin America and available to work 40 hours per week during EST business hours.\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong JavaScript skills and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web technologies.\nExperience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, service catalog development, and access controls.\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.\nNice to have: experience with additional ServiceNow modules, such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or HRSD.\nNice to have: familiarity with CMDB, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, or UI Builder.\nCompetencies\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment.\nProfessional English proficiency for meetings, documentation, and collaboration.\nCertifications (Preferred)\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nVisa Sponsorship\nAspenView does not sponsor employment visas for this role.
