You will translate seasonal, brand and creative direction into inspiring, commercially focused retail environments that enhance the customer experience and support sales performance. Working closely with the Area Manager, Senior Art Director, Marketing and Store Managers you will act as the visual merchandising expert for the estate. This is a highly autonomous role, requiring you to proactively identify opportunities, make commercially informed recommendations and drive improvements across the stores.\nThe role offers a flexible hybrid working approach, with time split between our London stores and remote working when appropriate.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nVisual Merchandising\nOwn and maintain VM standards across all stores and concessions.\nImplement seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand direction effectively.\nManage product presentation, styling, zoning, adjacencies and customer flow.\nConduct regular store visits and audits, identifying opportunities and ensuring actions are followed through.\nMonitor windows following installations, recommending and actioning improvements where appropriate.\nEnsure consistent brand presentation while adapting to individual store layouts and stock levels.\nCommercial & Stock\nUse sales, stock and category data to inform merchandising decisions.\nIdentify slow-moving or underperforming products and develop visual strategies to improve sell-through.\nConduct space and stock planning and review allocations ahead of seasonal drops.\nEnsure key products, newness and commercial priorities receive appropriate visibility.\nSupport key trading periods, promotions and product launches.\nTeam Development\nAct as the VM expert for the retail estate.\nCoach and support Store Managers and teams in visual merchandising best practice.\nBuild capability within stores so high standards can be maintained between visits.\nProvide clear feedback, guidance and practical solutions to improve execution.\nCollaboration & Planning\nWork closely with the Area Manager to understand commercial priorities.\nPartner to translate creative direction into retail execution.\nCollaborate with Buying/Merchandising, Marketing and Operations where required.\nManage a VM calendar covering seasonal launches, campaigns and key trading periods.\nProvide regular updates on VM standards, opportunities and actions across the estate.\nSupport new store openings, refits and other retail projects where required.\nEXPERIENCE & SKILLS\nProven experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within fashion, premium or lifestyle retail.\nStrong commercial awareness and understanding of how VM can influence sales.\nExcellent eye for styling, presentation and detail.\nConfident analysing sales and stock information to inform decisions.\nStrong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple locations.\nExcellent communication and influencing skills.\nExperience coaching or developing retail teams.\nSelf-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.\nPractical, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to make recommendations and decisions.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and
