Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Print Technician to be part of our exciting journey.\nWhat We Offer:\nAnnual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday\n\nPension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%\n\nInsurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover\n\nEmployee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets\n\nReward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements\n\nEmployee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders\n\nYour Role:\nWorking within a high-volume Media Centre that produces and prints a wide range of materials for the British Army as a key client, including books, flyers, posters, signage, large-format displays, photographic prints, and other operational and promotional communications.\n\nOperate modern digital printing machinery with precision, adjusting settings and conducting tests to produce high-quality prints.\n\nManage the printing and cutting of materials efficiently, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.\n\nPerform regular maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance, reducing downtime and minimising the risk of malfunctions.\n\nMonitor stock levels of printing materials and supplies advising LM to order as necessary.\n\nMaintain quality control measures throughout the printing process, ensuring that each print job meets or exceeds our quality standards.\n\nContribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating politeness, respect, and effective communication with colleagues.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nQualifications: A qualification in IT, Print or Production desirable but not essential.\n\nExperience: Prior experience in a production role would be beneficial, however full training will be provided if no previous industry experience. Strong attention to detail and computer literacy are essential.\n\nSkills: A willingness to learn and develop expertise in print production and finishing equipment. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude.
