Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Multi-Trade Engineer to be part of our exciting journey.\nWhat We Offer\nAnnual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday\nPension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%\nInsurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover\nEmployee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets\nReward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements\nEmployee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders\nYour Role\nUndertake a defined programme of refurbishment works across the Estate, including locations at Aldershot, Tidworth, Bulford, Larkhill and Warminster Garrisons.\n\nRepair wet systems and address active leaks, including work on polypropylene pipework systems.\n\nCarry out drywall patch repairs to support fire compartmentation requirements.\n\nRepair and replace fire stopping materials to maintain compliance standards.\n\nApply fungicidal treatments where required.\n\nModify and adjust locks within fire doors as part of refurbishment activities.\n\nDeliver a pre-defined scope of works safely, efficiently and to agreed timescales.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nQualifications: Full valid UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Carpentry, or equivalent Multi-Skills qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 6217). CSCS Operative and IOSH Working Safely certification are essential.\n\nExperience: Proven experience within industrial or commercial building services and the FM maintenance sector as a Multi-Trade Engineer. Good working knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and experience delivering defined work programmes to agreed schedules are required. Experience on an MOD or military estate would be advantageous.\n\nSkills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and proactive work ethic, excellent customer service focus, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
