Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven PPM Co-ordinator to be part of our exciting journey.\nWhat We Offer\nAnnual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday\n\nPension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%\n\nInsurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover\n\nEmployee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets\n\nReward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements\n\nEmployee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders\n\nYour Role\nCoordinate the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities, ensuring maintenance is completed to the required standards, timescales and budget.\n\nManage subcontractors and planned maintenance providers to ensure statutory compliance, value for money and accurate completion of works.\n\nSupport the PPM Manager by assessing work requirements, monitoring contractor performance and producing routine management reports.\n\nAdminister Authority to Proceed processes, including checking Risk Assessments and Method Statements.\n\nEnsure compliance with company procedures relating to maintenance, procurement, finance and health, safety and environmental requirements.\n\nMaintain accurate records within CAFM and asset management systems, ensuring remedial actions are captured and completed promptly.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nQualifications: Suitable experience within the construction, facilities management or asset maintenance sector. An industry-recognised qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building services or Facilities Management. NEBOSH or similar safety qualification.\n\nExperience: Experience working in maintenance, ideally within planned preventative maintenance environments, and an understanding of statutory regulations relating to asset maintenance are essential. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\n\nSkills: Excellent organisation, communication and keyboard skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships, manage priorities and deliver high-quality customer service.
