You will work on complex, multi-step workflows, translating business and user requirements into engineering-ready designs and interactive prototypes. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and global stakeholders across the United States, Tokyo, and Hyderabad, you will help deliver high-quality product experiences from concept through implementation\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign and refine interaction and visual solutions for complex, multi-step product workflows.\nTranslate defined business and user requirements into scalable, reusable product experiences.\nCreate lightweight interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design solutions with stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product development and implementation lifecycle.\nProduce engineering-ready designs, specifications, and documentation using Figma.\nApply accessibility, responsive design principles, and appropriate interaction patterns across product experiences.\nIdentify and address edge cases, error states, and usability challenges to ensure seamless user experiences.\nWork with established design systems and contribute to consistent, reusable design solutions.\nCommunicate design decisions, project context, and rationale clearly across distributed teams.\nWork independently and effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones.\nWhat you’ll need \n3-5 years of experience in product UX design or a similar product design role.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience and shipped products implemented by engineering teams.\nStrong interaction and visual design skills, particularly across complex, multi-step workflows.\nProven ability to translate business and user requirements into scalable and reusable product solutions.\nProficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping and creating engineering-ready design specifications.\nSolid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, edge cases, and error states.\nExperience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers throughout implementation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to independently manage design responsibilities and collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones.\nExperience designing platform products, internal tools, or configurable product experiences.\nFamiliarity with design systems and experience extending established design components and patterns.\nExperience designing forms, questionnaires, screening tools, or structured workflows.\nUnderstanding of white-label, multi-brand, or configurable product experiences.\nExperience designing products for different user groups, including administrators, employers, and end users.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools.\nAbility to explain project context, challenges, design decisions, and design rationale.\nMust be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders in the United States and product development teams in Tokyo and Hyderabad.\nAwareness or knowledge of IT security
