You will be responsible for testing banking operations, digital banking channels, payment systems, and\nautomated business workflows, with a strong focus on integration testing, end-to-end testing, and test\nautomation. You will help ensure seamless system integrations, accurate transaction processing, and reliable\nbusiness workflows across banking platforms.\nWhat you’ll do\nReview business requirements and technical specifications to define comprehensive test scenarios, testcases, and expected results.\n\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across banking operations, digitalbanking channels, and payment systems.\n\nValidate integrations between banking applications, core banking systems, payment platforms, andexternal services.\n\nTest business workflows and BPM solutions, particularly Appian, including process routing, approvals,business rules, and exception handling.\n\nValidate RPA processes to ensure accurate execution, data handling, and recovery from failures.\nDevelop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, particularly using Test Magic.\nPrepare test data and validate transaction accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across integratedsystems.\n\nIdentify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers and business teams toinvestigate and resolve issues.\n\nPerform retesting and regression testing to verify defect fixes and ensure system stability.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide clear reports on test coverage, execution results, andoutstanding defects.\n\nWhat you’ll need\n\n5+ years of experience in Software Quality Control (QC), Software Testing, or a related field.\nStrong banking domain experience covering banking operations, digital banking, and payment systems.\nHands-on experience in integration and end-to-end testing across multiple systems and applications.\nExperience testing workflow automation and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, particularlyAppian.\n\nExperience validating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, including process execution, datahandling, and exception management.\n\nHands-on experience in test automation, particularly using Test Magic.\nStrong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.\nAbility to translate business requirements and technical specifications into comprehensive test scenariosand test cases.\n\nExperience preparing test data and validating transaction accuracy and data consistency across integratedsystems.\n\nStrong defect investigation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience supporting UAT activities and coordinating with business stakeholders.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively withbusiness, development, and testing teams.\n\nAwareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.\nWhy Aspire\nIn addition to a competitive long-term total compensation package with salary and performance-based bonus, we\nhave a reward philosophy that goes beyond compensation.\nBe part of a remote-first organization where flexibility is embraced.\nWork and learn alongside talented engineers and technology leaders.\nExplore opportunities to learn and grow through technical and non-technical training programs.\nGain global exposure by working on products with international teams and clients.\nAttend virtual and in-person international technology conferences to expand your knowledge andnetwork.\n\nNursery reimbursement benefit.
