You will translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures, lead integrations across core banking systems, digital banking channels, APIs, and payment platforms, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to deliver robust and efficient banking solutions.\nWhat you'll do\nGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end solution architectures.\n\nDesign solution architectures, system integrations, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams.\n\nLead integration initiatives across core banking systems, digital banking channels, APIs, payment platforms, and third-party applications.\n\nEnsure solution designs meet security, scalability, performance, availability, and regulatory requirements.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors throughout solution design and implementation.\n\nEvaluate technology solutions, identify architectural risks, and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.\n\nDefine integration approaches and ensure effective communication and data exchange between banking applications and external systems.\n\nEnsure solution architectures align with enterprise architecture standards, banking processes, and technical best practices.\n\nSupport architecture governance and contribute to technical design reviews and solution validation.\n\nIdentify opportunities to modernize banking systems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance digital banking capabilities.\n\nProvide technical guidance to development teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to the approved architecture.\n\nSupport the delivery of banking initiatives related to digital banking, payments, lending, and customer onboarding.\n\nWhat you'll need\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n9+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in Solution Architecture.\n\nMandatory experience in the banking or financial services sector.\n\nStrong understanding of banking systems, business processes, and digital banking solutions.\n\nProven experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise application integration.\n\nHands-on experience designing and integrating APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions.\n\nExperience integrating core banking systems, digital banking channels, payment platforms, and third-party applications.\n\nStrong understanding of security, scalability, performance, availability, and regulatory requirements in banking environments.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical architectures and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience collaborating with development teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural decision-making skills.\n\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an advantage.\n\nExperience in core banking modernization, digital banking, payments, lending, or customer onboarding solutions is preferred.\n\nExperience in architecture governance and
