Bring your expertise in cloud platforms and Dev Ops tools to help drive innovation and reliability for a trusted leader in financial infrastructure.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\n- Provision and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS Cloud Formation.\n\n- Configure and administer AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and enterprise access management.\n\n- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) using Keycloak, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and Open ID Connect (OIDC).\n\n- Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, including workflows, automation, permissions, dashboards, and integrations.\n\n- Configure and manage AWS WAF, Azure WAF, Cloudflare WAF, and Google Cloud Armor to secure cloud applications.\n\n- Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications using Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations Suite, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, and Pager Duty.\n\n- Manage centralized log management using Grafana Loki, ELK/Open Search, and Splunk for log analysis, alerting, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\n\n- Support CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, and Jenkins.\n\n- Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Power Shell scripting.\n\nRequirements :\n\n1. Must have :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).\n\n- Required: Experience managing AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills in production environments.\n\n- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.\n\n- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.\n\n- Willingness to work onsite in Chandigarh in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.\n\n2. Good to have : \n\n- Exposure to ITIL-based service management processes is preferred.\n\n- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes preferred.\n\n- Experience with enterprise Saa S platforms such as Slack and Git Hub is a plus.\n\n3.
