Clinical Manager (Coastal Bend)

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a driven and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team in the Coastal Bend region. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care by supporting our medical providers and leading highly trained front and back office staff.

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple clinics within the region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and outstanding patient experiences. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, this leader will coach, develop, and guide clinical teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in patient care.

Travel Required

Frequent travel, up to approximately 50%, is required between assigned clinic locations and for company meetings or other business needs. This role requires regular in-person presence across multiple clinic locations primarily Victoria. Also Corpus Christi, Beeville, and Rockport, TX.
