Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Driver to be part of our exciting journey.\nWhat We Offer:\nAnnual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday\n\nPension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%\n\nInsurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover\n\nEmployee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets\n\nReward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements\n\nEmployee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders\n\nYour Role:\nDeliver a professional & safe transport service to the customer.\n\nCorrect handling and completion of company related documentation and all driving documentation, including Vehicle Utilisation Records and Daily Tasking Sheets.\n\nCarry out daily vehicle walk around checks on each vehicle driven, in accordance with ADSL Transport Services Procedures.\n\nReport any vehicle damage or other defects to the appropriate Customer Service Agent/vehicle scheduler.\n\nRefuel, and leave all vehicles in a clean and tidy condition after use.\n\nEscort contractors around site in support of Transport Services.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nQualifications: Hold a current Driver CPC Qualification Card and Current Cat. C, D Or D1 Licence (PSV) with no endorsements. Have a Digital Tachograph Card, along with evidence of training in current Driver CPC period.\n\nExperience: Basic Knowledge of Drivers Hours and Tachograph Regulations. Previous experience of a driving role within the MoD and understanding of military/transport services would be beneficial.\n\nSkills: Have strong communication skills across all levels, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs. Actively contribute to the team, embody a strong customer service ethos, and assist colleagues in optimising processes.
