Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Project Manager (Passive & Active Fire) to be part of our exciting journey.\nWhat We Offer:\nAnnual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday\n\nFlexible Working: 2 days working from home\n\nPension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%\n\nInsurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover\n\nEmployee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets\n\nReward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements\n\nEmployee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders\nYour Role:\nYou will be managing the Fire Surveying Team on a day-to-day basis to deliver fire surveys across the contract.\n\nYou will be reviewing active and passive fire protection documentation, including surveys, maintenance outputs, fire strategies and fire risk assessments.\n\nYou will be attending sites as required to verify reports, surveys and project requirements.\n\nYou will be producing and presenting lifecycle justification packs for required replacement works.\n\nYou will be supporting assurance and compliance activities to maintain fire safety standards.\n\nYou will be liaising with stakeholders, prioritising workloads and ensuring documentation is completed and submitted appropriately.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nQualifications: You will hold Fire Manager Advanced training or an equivalent NVQ Level 4/5 qualification in a relevant subject, together with an appropriate project management qualification such as APM or PRINCE, be computer literate and hold a full UK driving licence.\n\nExperience: You will have a strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation, experience carrying out site-based inspections, the ability to interpret technical drawings and reports, and a proven project management delivery approach.\n\nSkills: You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, work collaboratively, maintain high quality standards, be customer focused, support continuous improvement and always work in accordance with health and safety requirements.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThe Garrisons are tobacco-free working environments.\n\nSecurity clearance is required prior to starting with us.\n\nWe are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate against protected characteristics.
