Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Reprographics Technician to be part of our exciting journey.\nWhat We Offer:\nAnnual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday\n\nPension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%\n\nInsurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover\n\nEmployee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets\n\nReward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements\n\nEmployee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders\n\nYour Role:\n· Operate large format printing machinery (Arizona, Colorado and Zund) with precision, adjusting settings and conducting tests to produce high-quality prints.\n· Manage the printing and cutting of materials efficiently, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.\n· Perform regular maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance, reducing downtime and minimising the risk of malfunctions.\n· Monitor stock levels of printing materials and supplies advising LM to order as necessary.\n· Maintain quality control measures throughout the printing process, ensuring that each print job meets or exceeds our quality standards.\n· Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating politeness, respect, and effective communication with colleagues.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n· Qualifications: Prior experience in a production role would be beneficial, or full training and ongoing development will be provideded\n· Experience: Strong attention to detail and computer literacy are essential. Must be willing to learn new skills.\n· Skills: A willingness to learn and develop expertise in large format printing and finishing machinery. Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and be flexible when needed.
