Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Team Coordinator to be part of our exciting journey.\nWhat We Offer\nAnnual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday\n\nPension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%\n\nInsurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover\n\nEmployee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets\n\nReward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements\n\nEmployee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders\n\nYour Role\nCoordinate projects with relevant managers, supporting high-quality customer service, continuous improvement and innovation.\n\nWork with financial data including purchase orders, invoices, receipting, budgets and expenditure, producing timely progress reports across IT platforms.\n\nMaintain and monitor project data, plans, schedules and records, ensuring accurate system updates and data entry.\n\nManage team goals, project schedules and information flow, following up with stakeholders to obtain timely and accurate input.\n\nDocument key actions and decisions from meetings and provide administrative support to the wider project team.\n\nCoordinate team members, manage project documentation and governance requirements, and keep workflows on track.\n\nPrepare and review project proposals, meeting minutes, correspondence and project-related paperwork.\n\nPrioritise multiple tasks effectively to ensure key deliverables and team objectives are achieved.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nQualifications: Educated to GCSE Level 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths. A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.\n\nExperience: Proven experience maintaining accurate systems information, particularly financial data, and delivering project work through to completion as part of a wider team. Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is essential.\n\nSkills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, strong IT proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, attention to detail, the ability to influence others, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
