Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high performance and security.\nOptimise for Scalebuild resilient, fault-tolerant systems that handle millions of transactions.\nCollaborate closely with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless experiences.\nEnsure High Availability, implement robust API architectures, distributed systems, and database optimisations.\nImprove Performance and Reliability: monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise backend processes.\nPrioritise Business Needs: Align engineering efforts with business priorities, ensuring rapid iteration and execution.\nOwn System Design, architect backend services that are modular, extensible, and scalable.\n\nRequirements: \n6-10 years in backend development, preferably in a product-based startup or fintech company.\nStrong ability to design modular, scalable, and high-performing backend systems.\nAbility to write efficient, high-performance code that scales.\nAbility to prioritise product and business needs while making tech decisions.\nSomeone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys building things from scratch, and takes high
