This is a deeply hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and scale systems that serve millions of users across markets.\nYou’ll work on large, ambiguous problems, break them down into clear technical direction, and partner closely with product, design, and operations to bring high-impact features to life. As one of the senior-most Individual Contributors in the team, you’ll raise the technical bar, mentor engineers, and influence engineering culture and decision-making across pods.\nIf you enjoy Bangalore, India\nWhat You Will Do\nDrive system architecture and high-level design for scalable, reliable backend platforms.\n\nStay hands-on with coding, debugging, testing, and deployment to deliver high-quality backend services.\n\nBuild and evolve systems end-to-end; prior experience creating services from scratch is a strong plus.\n\nMake informed technical decisions by evaluating architectural trade-offs and long-term impact.\n\nOwn performance, reliability, and operational excellence across backend components.\n\nConvert product requirements into robust technical solutions through close cross-functional collaboration.\n\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance.\n\nDefine and champion engineering standards and best practices across the backend stack.\n\nBring deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, databases, queues, caching, and cloud infrastructure.\n\nShape technical direction and drive key
