Your responsibilities:
As a Reception Intern, you'll be the friendly face of our club, delivering exceptional service to members. Your main tasks will include:
- Welcoming members and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Assisting members with inquiries about services, classes, and memberships.
- Managing calls, emails, and appointments, ensuring prompt responses.
- Keeping the reception area organized and handling administrative duties.
- Collaborating with various departments for seamless operations.
- Supporting the team with general tasks and member engagement.
Your Background:
We're looking for exceptional individuals who:
- Are currently studying Tourism or Administration
- Speak fluently inFrench and English - another European language is an asset
