The role will involve analysing large datasets, developing actionable insights and dashboards, defining KPIs, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead data analytics initiatives from requirement gathering and data extraction through analysis, visualization, and insight generation.\n\n- Extract, transform, manipulate, and analyse large datasets from sources such as Hive, SQL databases, ETL pipelines, and BI platforms.\n\n- Analyse banking performance, customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness, market trends, and business metrics to identify opportunities and performance gaps.\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and management reports.\n\n- Work with business and functional stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and analytical objectives.\n\n- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business teams.\n\n- Perform exploratory, ad-hoc, and deep-dive analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.\n\n- Work with big-data technologies including Hive, Hadoop, and Spark to process and analyse large datasets.\n\n- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and analytical workflows.\n\n- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytical outputs.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data utilization.\n\n- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Business, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.\n\n- Guide junior analysts, review analytical outputs, and contribute to best practices across the analytics function.\n\nTotal Experience: 5 -
