: \n\n- Lead implementation of Project/ cross functional projects.\n\n- Manage project resource projections, confirmations and ongoing participation and on time delivery.\n\n- Plan and Define Scope for projects supported.\n\n- Create and maintain detailed project plans with key dependencies and critical path identified (Microsoft Project).\n\n- Manage tracking logs and dashboards with accomplishments and next steps outlined for Sr. Management.\n\n- Maintain risk and issues tracking logs.\n\n- Develop business requirements to implement business policy change request.\n\n- Resolve issues related to project priority, resource capacity, and implementation by providing solutions to key senior stakeholders.\n\n- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.\n\n- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.\n\n- Provide weekly detailed reporting with regards to multiple projects.\n\n- Setting deliverables and goals for multiple business peers on various business projects.\n\nSkills : \n\n- 5+ years of project management with at least 5 years leading medium/large cross functional team projects.\n\n- PMP/PMI certification is a plus, as is Six Sigma training.\n\n- Experience with all components of project management documentation, progressive.\n\n- Experience in process mapping, analyzing process data and process assessment outlining business opportunities.\n\n- Experience solving complex business problems leveraging enterprise solutions and synergies.\n\n- Comfortable presenting work to peers, managers, cross functional business partners & senior management.\n\n- Intermediate/Expert skills in all Microsoft applications (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).\n\n- Thorough understanding of Consumer Credit Life Cycle.\n\n- Strong Time management skills and practices.\n\n- Strong analytical & leadership skills.\n\n- Strong written & oral
