Civil Engineering, .\n\n1-4 years of experience in Tendering/Estimation within the construction industry.\n\nStrong knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and price analysis.\n\nExperience in Landscape and Water Features projects is a plus.\n\nGood knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.\n\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders
