This is a full-time on-site position at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK. \nWAAS is a satellite navigation aid developed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to augment the Global Positioning System (GPS), with the goal of improving its accuracy, integrity, and availability. \nCitizenship/Permanent Residency Requirement \nAll candidates must have the following to pass the Federal Background Investigation and obtain the FAA Public Trust security clearance.\nBe a US Citizen.\nHas resided in the US for three (3) consecutive years.\nRealID Driver’s License/ID or current US Passport. \nRelocation Requirement \nCandidate must reside or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance to the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK. \nEducation & Experience Requirement \nAll non-US Degrees must have a US Equivalency Certificate provided by the candidate at the time of application.\nA Bachelors (ABET) degree in Engineering or related IT field, such as Physics, Aerospace, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Mathematics.\nExperience with NAS facilities, systems, and equipment is desired.\n3 -
