The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years of engineering experience in facilities, systems, or infrastructure environments, with a strong foundation in technical analysis, maintenance support, and compliance.\n\nEssential Duties and Job Functions\nProvide engineering support for operations, maintenance, and sustainment of mission-critical facilities and infrastructure\nAssist in planning, assessing, and executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies\nAnalyze system and equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement\nParticipate in technical inspections, walkdowns, failure investigations, and repair validations\nSupport the development and review of maintenance procedures, reports, and facility assessments\nInterface with technicians, subcontractors, and government personnel to ensure technical issues are addressed effectively\nMaintain awareness of safety, environmental, and security protocols and ensure all engineering support is in compliance\nSupport coordination for third-party testing, upgrades, and warranty events\nProvide recommendations for process improvement, system upgrades, and lifecycle support planning\n\nJob Requirements: Mandatory\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field\n2–4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on technical experience\nMust possess a valid U.S. driver’s license\nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and manuals\nDemonstrated professionalism and sound judgment under pressure\nPreferred\nExperience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs\nFamiliarity with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), preventive maintenance strategies, or DoD infrastructure standards\nKnowledge of building systems, power generation/distribution, HVAC, or other complex facility systems\nExperience with monitoring systems, maintenance planning, or field engineering support\nFamiliarity with predictive and reliability-centered maintenance concepts\nAbility to develop or review technical documentation, including reports, inspection findings, and maintenance procedures\nExperience working in a remote or high-security environment\nFamiliarity with Computerized Maintenance
